Neu Marx Standortmarketing GmbH (location marketing) supports the development of the young business location Neu Marx. A modern business location for media, research and technology is arising on the former slaughterhouse grounds. Neu Marx Standortmarketing GmbH was founded as a subsidiary of ZIT – Die Technologieagentur der Stadt Wien GmbH and Wiener Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft WSE (a company of Wien Holding), the agency in charge of urban development.
Responsibilities
- Contact partner for the entire Neu Marx grounds – intermediary and coordination between the media and individual participants
- Public relations work
- Regular press relations work on progress being made, rents and events on the premises
- Operation and maintenance of the business location’s Website (PR platform for all companies and lessees on the grounds)
- Event management – own events on the grounds and promotion of suitable events by external event organizers
