Life Sciences Austria Vienna Region (LISA Vienna Region)
LISA VR is the central consulting and coordination office for life sciences in the Vienna Region, supporting researchers and companies in their efforts to ensure a successful economic future. LISA VR offers consulting for start-ups, preparation of business plans and financing, and provides information on national and regional promotion programs. LISA VR also arranges access to private funding. Furthermore, LISA promotes the sustainable international positioning of the Vienna Region as a life sciences location.
LISA VR is a joint initiative of the City of Vienna, represented by ZIT Center for Innovation and Technology, together with the Republic of Austria, represented by the development bank Austria Wirtschaftsservice GmbH (aws), which is responsible for processing the Austrian-wide grant program Life Science Austria (LISA) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labor.
