From now on you find sign language videos on zit.co.at!To have barrier-free information available for everybody is very important to us. You find the "clapping hands" symbol for sign language right next to the "Deutsch/ English" button on our website.

The videos were made by Equalizent, a training and consulting institute for deaf people.

Text-only information is not easily accessable for deaf people: as they never experience vocal language, they have a very abstract impression of the language system which is based on phonemes and syllables. The natural language of deaf people is sign language. As there is no literary equivalent, the only possibility of recording sign language is film or video.
